initial consult
DESIGN DEPOSIT
To proceed, we require a design deposit, which goes towards Justus' expert time to custom design your project in 3D software. The deposit amount varies based on the project's size, and half of this fee will be credited towards the project.
DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION
Allow 4-6 weeks for Justus to develop the design. This includes creating the overall concept, producing blueprints, and determining the pricing.
Exclusive Design Unveiling
At our Sig Deck shop, Justus will present his meticulously crafted design exclusively for you! Experience the interactive power of our advanced 3D technology, enabling seamless collaboration and on-the-spot edits, ensuring that the final design flawlessly embodies your unique vision.
SHOWROOM INSPIRATION
Explore our showroom to gather inspiration and discuss materials, colors, and other project elements. This step allows you to refine and enhance your vision for the ultimate backyard transformation.
CONTRACT REVIEW
We will provide a contract that outlines the pricing, scope of work, timing, and other relevant details. This step ensures that all parties are on the same page and have clear expectations for the project.
