is our top priority during the design phase. Introducing new ideas can sometimes be difficult to understand. By using the latest in software specific design programs, we make the transition much easier and fun!

How much do your designs cost…?

Design fees are project specific based on how much design time will be involved in your project. Average design fees usually cost $400 – $600. Larger projects can cost $800 – $1,000. Our designer takes detailed measurements of the property and house including sizes and locations of doors and windows. Landscape items like existing tree locations and grade are also considered for each design. After all site information is gathered – we then create a design based on your goals for the project mixed in with our creativity and design experience. Designs are then presented during a second meeting at our office. If you decide to hire Signature Decks to install your project, half of the design fee will be credited back to you on your final payment.
